Carbon Steel Double Offset Butterfly Valve – Lugged PN16/25

The Carbon Steel Double Offset Butterfly valve is a high-performance, lugged design suitable for challenging flow control applications. Featuring a double eccentric disc, this valve reduces wear and operating torque by minimising contact between the disc and seat during operation—ideal for frequent cycling and critical shut-off conditions.

Manufactured with a carbon steel body and stainless steel disc and shaft, the valve is fitted with a reliable RPTFE seat. It provides precise, bi-directional shut-off across pressure ratings of PN16 and PN25, depending on the valve size. Suitable for temperatures ranging from –60 °C to +230 °C, this rugged valve excels in industrial and utility sectors.

The lugged body design allows it to be securely installed between flanges and supports dead-end service. Available with manual lever operation (2″–5″) or a gearbox (6″–12″), with automation possible via the ISO 5211 actuator mounting flange.
