High Performance Stainless Steel Double Offset Lugged Butterfly Valve

SKU: Stainless Steel Double Offset Butterfly valve

Stainless Steel Double Offset Butterfly – Lugged PN16/25

The Stainless Steel Double Offset Butterfly valve is a high-performance, lugged design engineered for reliable service in demanding systems. Featuring a patented double eccentric disc, the valve reduces friction and wear by lifting the disc off the seat during operation—ensuring smooth cycling and tight shut-off.

Constructed with a stainless steel body, disc, and shaft, this wafer-type valve delivers corrosion resistance and durability across industrial environments. It includes a primary RPTFE seat and an optional Inconel 625 secondary seat for enhanced fire-safe performance in compliance with API 607 6th Edition.

Designed for pressure ratings of PN16–25 (2–4″ at PN25; 5–12″ at PN16) and operational temperatures from –60 °C to +230 °C (with Inconel version up to +450 °C on request)  Available in lever-operated (2–5″) or gearbox (6–12″) configurations, and compatible with ISO 5211 actuator mounting, it can be manually or automatically operated.
