Conductivity Transmitters
Bürkert’s Type 8619 multiCELL controller is a modular, multi-variable remote transmitter/controller with multi-channel inputs for different sensor types such as flow, pH, ORP, conductivity and free chlorine in a user defined arrangement. The multiCELL is designed to cut processing costs in water treatment and hygienic processing applications, providing one device for the direct connection of a wide range of flow and analytical sensors.
Flow Meters
Bürkert’s extensive range of Magnetic Flowmeters (Magmeters) range from standard flowmeters for CIP applications to full bore magmeters for continuous measurement or batch control. Their Type 8041 Insertion Magmeter is designed to measure flow rate of neutral and slightly aggressive fluids with a conductivity of more than 20 µS/cm in DN06 to DN400 pipes.
Level Transmitters
The ATEX approved Type 8137 Non-contact Radar Level Transmitter, for continuous level measurement, is available with thread and horn antenna (ø 40 mm) for use in small tanks and process vessels for measurement of practically any product. It is also available with flange and horn antenna (ø 40 or 75 mm) for use in storage tanks and process vessels for measurement of products such as solvent, hydrocarbons and fuels under extremely difficult process conditions.
Digital Pressure Gauges
Bürkert’s Type 8323 Pressure Transmitter is designed to cover the majority of industrial applications in the field of industrial pressure measurement technology. High accuracy, compact design, robust construction and flexibility make this instrument universal and suitable for different measurement functions. A piezoresistive sensor element is used for measuring ranges up to 16 bar and a thin film sensor element for the measuring range of 25 bar.
Digital Temperature Gauges
Bürkert’s Type 8400 is an intelligent digital temperature gauge with an extra large display. It is specifically designed to switch a valve and to establish a monitoring system or an ON/OFF control loop. Compact and wall versions are available and connections to the process in the piping are made using standard fittings. The switching points can be programmed with the three key pads or optionally, with input 4 – 20 mA, from an external PLC over a 4 – 20 mA loop.
